  2. Fig & Prosciutto Salad -  Pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts, citrus vinaigrette, goat cheese

Course 2 (Choose 1 of 3):

  1. Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon Fillet - Warm potato salad, wilted spinach, sambuca cream sauce, herb and pea shoot salad
  2. Bourguignon Style Beef Short Rib - Red wine and bacon jus, sautéed mushrooms, chive mash, seasonal vegetables
  3. Pan Roasted Chicken Suprême - Seasoned with fennel and garlic, sweet potato puree, crispy brussel sprouts, natural chicken jus
