Entrée (Choose 1 of 3) - South Western Red Snapper (pan-seared Fresh West Coast red snapper served with a black bean and sweet corn relish), Wild Mushroom Chicken (pan-fried breast of chicken topped with a wild mushroom, applewood smoked cheddar cream sauce), or Memphis Pork Tenderloin (Memphis rubbed Alberta young pork tenderloin medallions served with a homemade fall apple BBQ sauce)
