Growing Pulses and Backyard Foraging

Jackie Fookes is fresh out of the Culinary Arts program at NAIT. She is working toward getting her Red Seal Certification as a Chef. As an avid gardener, she loves to experiment with plants that people may be unfamiliar with. Most of what she grows are rare heirloom plant varietals, with a focus on seed saving. She also enjoys foraging!
